Results, spreadsheets and PDF reports
Where answers are kept, how to export them, and how reports work.
Every session is kept
Each time you present, the answers are saved as a separate session. Open a presentation’s Results to see every session with its date, the number of people and the number of answers.
If you edit a presentation and present it again while its session is still running, the session picks up your changes and keeps the answers already given.
Spreadsheet
Spreadsheet (CSV) downloads every slide’s answers: each option with its count and share, each word with its count, each question with its upvotes. It opens in Excel and Google Sheets.
PDF report (Pro)
PDF report draws every chart and the quiz leaderboard into a report you can share with your team. Email it to me sends it to the email on your account, with the main numbers in the message.
Deleting results
When a session has ended you can delete its results from the session’s page. The presentation itself stays.
