Plans, trials and paying by invoice
What each plan includes, how the free trial works, and how organisations pay.
Free
Rooms of up to 50 people, five presentations and every kind of slide, with spreadsheet exports. Free for as long as you like.
The Pro trial
From Plan in your account, start a 14-day Pro trial. There is no card to enter, and it ends by itself. During the trial you have rooms of up to 500 people, unlimited presentations and PDF reports. Afterwards you are back on Free, and nothing you made is deleted.
Paying for Pro or Organisation
Roomwave is paid by invoice. Most teams pay by bank transfer or M-Pesa paybill, monthly or for the year (two months free). Ask for an invoice from the contact page and tell us the name on the account.
Events
For a single conference or event, tell us the date and the size of the room and we will quote for the event alone.
