Using your phone as a remote
Move between slides, start quizzes and moderate questions from anywhere in the room.
Walk the room and keep control. While presenting, press the phone button in the control bar. A QR code appears: scan it with your own phone.
Your phone then shows:
- the slide that is on the screen, with live results,
- Back and Next, large enough to press without looking,
- the controls for the slide: hide results, close answers, start the quiz timer, reveal, show the leaderboard,
- the questions on a Q&A slide, to show, mark answered or hide,
- every slide in the presentation, so you can jump to any of them.
The remote cannot end the session; that stays on the presenting laptop.
Keep the remote’s code to yourself. Anyone who scans it can move your slides. It stops working when the session ends.
