Run your first session in five minutes
From a blank account to answers on the screen, with your own phone as the first person in the room.
The quickest way to learn Roomwave is to be your own audience. You need a laptop and a phone.
1. Open a presentation
Every new account starts with A tour of Roomwave, which has one of every kind of slide. Open it from your dashboard. If you would rather start fresh, press New presentation and choose a template or a blank page.
2. Press Present
The presentation opens full screen with a bar across the top: the address to visit and a six-digit code, and a QR code in the corner. Press Q at any time to show the code large enough for the back of the room.
3. Join from your phone
Point your phone’s camera at the QR code and open the link, or go to the address and type the code. There is nothing to install and no account to make.
4. Move to a question and answer it
Press the right arrow on your laptop. Your phone follows to the same slide. Tap an answer and watch the bar rise on the big screen.
5. Look at the results
When you are done, press End. Every answer is saved: open Results on the presentation to see each session, download a spreadsheet, or on Pro, a PDF report.
That is the whole loop. Everything else is choosing better questions.
